Why Perth Building Advisors?
Throughout my career in the building industry, I noticed an alarming trend that unfortunately became way too common. As usual, the start of the building journey (visiting display homes and researching online) for clients was very positive, being met with a mixture of emotions from happiness to excitement.
These emotions quickly changed with clients being left confused and uncertain as to which builder they should choose. Clients needed to not only make a call on which design would suit their lifestyle but also had to compare inclusions and promotions of various builders. Many of these clients were time poor so would end up making rushed decisions to get things moving but, in the end, ended up disappointed…. Until now!
We make building easy
I had a lot of friends and family that wanted to build and they all would come to me for advice and recommendations, I quickly recognised there was a service that I can offer with all my years of experience, and that was to help navigate people through the total building journey from concept to handing over of the keys. I would remove all the stress and anxiety and help them make the right decisions based on honest information clearing all the smoke and mirrors, so it empowered them to make the best choices and end up with a home that they were happy with and not overpay. For this reason, I started Perth Building Advisors. My moto is easy “We make building easy”.
